FMVAB's Operational Policy

FMVAB conducts technical and industrial operations with a focus on the development, production and delivery of products and services with high quality, safety and ethics. This operating policy describes how we act responsibly within quality, environment, work environment and social responsibility in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and international standards.

The policy applies to all parts of the business, including suppliers and subcontractors, and guides how we together contribute to sustainable development and a safe working environment.

Quality

We deliver products and services that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. Our quality work is process-based according to ISO 9001 and is based on customer focus, risk-based thinking and continuous improvement.

Environment

We work systematically and proactively to reduce our environmental impact. Through a life cycle perspective, we strive for increased resource efficiency, reduced waste and sustainable collaborations with customers and suppliers.

Work environment and safety

FMVAB conducts active and systematic work environment work in accordance with AML 2025 and AFS 2023:4. We prevent risks of ill health and accidents and strengthen a culture where safety and well-being are prioritized. We have zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs at work

Ethics, sustainability and social responsibility

We conduct our business responsibly for people, the environment and society. FMVAB respects human rights, applies the Code of Conduct and does not accept any form of corruption, bribery or child labor. We promote equality and inclusion and work for long-term and responsible relationships.
